To answer this, one must first understand the definition of Technical Analysis: Technical Analysis is the study and application of mass human psychology in trading financial securities. This mass human psychology is derived from price and volume relationships which manifests itself through various chart patterns, trendlines, and indicators. These chart patterns, trendlines, and indicators represent key price levels that can trigger predictable and/or large price movements when broken. Hence the saying “every stock has it’s breaking point – Breakpoint Trades.
